Early Bearish Market Reversal Sign ... Signal? | $USD $CAD #BOC

Recently, I offered a definition over certain terms I use in my predictive analyses and forecast, one of which was sign vs. signal. For instance, in the Loonie, an early bearish market reversal event occurred, constituting a market directional sign (i.e.: a signal lacking confirmation). Once the system posts a confirmation of this potential bearish market reversal, will it then become a signal. For now, this trader's directional bias is bearish, by system remains neutral to bearish.
Technically, market may recognize the overhead trendline nearby, whereas a developing bearish Wolfe Waves ("WW") vs. 3-Drives pattern is nearing completion in that same vicinity.
Independently of these patterns and trendline, my proprietary predictive analysis and forecasting has defined "TG-1 = 1.11659 - 12 MAR" as a moderate-probability target where a resistance/reversal might occur as well.
A large proprietary pattern looms in the background, itself lining up with above technical events and potentially casting a bearish target down at TG-Lo - 1.07445 - 12 MAR 14 - as is, this target represents a low-probability (red) event.
OVERALL:
Technical events have come to a cross-road where significant resistant is expected to occur at TG-1 = 1.11659, and may represent a broader expression of a proprietary pattern casting its own abysmal target as TG-Lo = 1.07445 - 12 MAR 14. System directional indicator remains neutral-to-bearish, while trader's directional bias is bearish.
