Why is the Philippines Currency the Most Undervalued in Asia?

A lot needs and must change in Asia in the next 10 years.

The Philippines is perhaps the "worlds best location for exotic sailing and islands"... the currency is also getting better in the Philippines since about October of 2018.. but what happens recently?

However the currency is starting to show some problems with European currency but gaining against the US Dollar?

The average person in the Philippines makes only $3500 per year with Metro Manila being on average about 3x or 4x the average.

For about 10 years the currency and economy was getting a lot better retaliative to the USD and EURO . (2003 to 2013) why did this stop in April of 2013?

From October of 2018 to today the Economy has "always been getting better in the Philippines" however something seems wrong recently?
