I will post detailed chart later after clearing FOMC noise. But from this chart.
-Price consolidating so far
-If kijun(blue line) holds, we can see 38-39 quick. That is big resistance area
-Weak Tenkan/Kijun bullish cross
-Overall we are still in downtrend.
