OIL BAT pattern and buyer failure spotted.

OIL Tried twice but can not make a higher high.
If the price breaks the trend line, it will furthur decline.
and a retest to the purple line is expected.
Also there is a BAT pattern going to be completed
at 34.70
We can enter a short if the blue line is broken
and enter long at the BAT completion.
