USOIL hasn't have a weekly close above 50$ for over a year
after some fundomental news and what looks like inverse H&S
if in the next week price will manage to close above 50$ and retest 49.5 area oil could make a fast move to 60
in case of a fail to close above 50 in the next 2 weeks i see price retesting 42-40 area
on watch list!
