I am not taking risk on OIL.

I sold my UWTI at 21 ps.
I am not taking risk on OIL any more.
I don't think OPEC can have proper action after their stale meeting.
I want to see OIL push down to 36 from now.
I would not take a lot of money to trade that decline.

I will not short OIL now.
