Some folks here are asking me about "gap risk". It is NOT a stop level. It is the likely maximum loss a trade could incur from a "flash" news event. Gaps should always be taken into consideration. Gaps COULD exceed "theoretical max gap levels." An example is the flash crash in 2010 or when the Swiss National Bank de-pegged from the Euro.
