There Is A Reason

Long
the SEC came after Ripple & XRP.

They did not come after just Ripple. They came after XRP also.

It is very clear that XRP is an entity in and of itself outside of Ripple.

Yes, Ripple owns a significant amount of XRP but one must understand the protocol to understand that this has no bearing on XRPL decentralization. If you say that the XRP ledger is centralized because of Ripple ownership, then you don't understand the protocol. Very few in the crypto space get this. XRP is decentralized and officially in a league of its own with respect to Ripple dynamics. The power of the XRPL and the protocol is profound and lends itself to an independent force like none other in crypto. Ripple gets it. They always have. David Schwartz get its. He always has. People like Rosie Rios get it. Judy Shelton gets it. The IMF & BIS get it but they to have their own agendas.

I would argue that the SEC actually gets this and it scares them. Their lawsuit is a lie and it is a weapon to protect the incumbent misguided choice and the folks that influence them. Brad Sherman gets it.

XRPL is in a league all of its own. It is time for the Crypto community to wake up to this. Ripple will do its thing.
The real question is will the crypto community be willing to do its thing.

You could currently eliminate the CME Group's huge clearing house and the entire FCM structure and centralized clearing by using XRPL in the right manner. CME Group is a Ripple stock holder. SBI on the other hand is a holder of 5 BLN XRP. YOSHITAKA KITAO gets it.

Flare get its. I would also argue that Judge Netburn and Judge Torres also get it. Why, because they respect and listen to people like John Deaton (yes, they are listening - you would be a fool not think so) who speaks their language (yes, lawyers and judges can get it). There are lawyers and judges in my home town that talk about this case and it is clear that some of them get it.

People lie. They have their own agendas. Know what you own. This is way bigger than Ripple and Ripple has only just begun.
