We've been eyeing this breakout since we started to prove sell-side tapering from our strong selling algo to our more tapered teal. Since then, we've seen healthy movement and if we're looking back to a year ago, we can see a similar pattern that formed prior to a larger breakout.
So here I am going to allow us to come back and retest white if that's what price...
These same algorithms have been playing out time and time again for years. We need to see our strong yellow activated to break us out of controlled selling teal but more importantly out of our controlled buying green. We need to see yellow strong buying hold us to attempt another breakout of tapering up top. If we fail yellow, our next stop is magenta support which will be important for bullish price action to continue.
We will likely see this happen today - and if we do hold yellow and reject at tapered blue above, I will be taking shorts and expecting a gap down below yellow...
We are looking for a confirmed activation of our buying continuation - that could be yellow HTF acting as support but ideally we will need to activate something stronger like purple or on the LTF green/blue.

Pretty boring price action today but it did tell us a lot in terms of which algorithms are in play. Yellow was activated as a strong buying algorithm which should be used to take us out of tapered orange - But we will need PA over the coming days to confirm this and for price to begin using our strong blue buying continuation to continue a move upward to retest...
Didn't want to forget this one because if we do activate purple we can see price attempting former highs and the weekly taper levels.
Look for price to develop here and if the trade comes to us, amazing. If not, there will be more opportunities.

META is showing some extremely bullish signs and at the very least you can see that from all the bullish volume stepping in yesterday at the bottom of our orange range. That is confirmation for me that if we activate orange strong buying (which we did), we can expect a retest and soon breakout of this orange very tapered buying channel.
