Sector Update: Tech Stocks Advance Pre-Bell Friday

Technology stocks were advancing pre-bell Friday with the Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund XLK up 0.3% and the SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF XSD 0.8% higher recently.

SoundHound AI SOUN was 15% higher after reporting that its Q1 adjusted loss narrowed as revenue surged during the period.

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing 2330 was up nearly 3% after it reported April net revenue of 236.02 billion Taiwanese dollars ($7.28 billion), up from NT$195.11 billion in March and NT$147.9 billion a year earlier.

DigitalOcean Holdings DOCN rose by over 6% after it reported higher Q1 non-GAAP earnings and revenue.
