Simple Index that uses BTCCNY, BTCUSD, BTCUSD1W and 1/ETHBTC.

Release Notes:

Changed the way is calculated the index to be between 0 and 1 from BB% to Min and Max.

Data sources are now:

- Bitfinex
- Binance
- Coinbase
- Bitstamp
