Andean Scalping + Label Fix - [MYN]

There is a current issue with the 2 chrome extensions (TradingView Assistant and Strategy Helper) where they don't support the ability to export input values where there are no corresponding labels resulting in no real great way to share backtested settings with each other.

I have simply added unique labels to each of the existing input fields where there are none until this issue has been remediated in the 2 Chrome extensions.
