Bollinger Band with Buy/Sell Signals

Buy = IF 4H MACD Histogram is increasing AND Price is increasing
Sell = IF 4H MACD Histogram is deacreasing AND Price is decreasing

Release Notes:

Modified the script to remove a little bit of the whiplash effect.
Changed the Title.

Technical Changes:
-Fast EMA changed from 6 to 10
-Slow EMA changed from 13 to 20
-Histogram SMA changed from 6 to 5
