temper_bgcolor — Indicator by nanja600

I made an indicator that changes the background color according to the position of RCI for 4 hours.
The colors are switched based on 0% so that if the long is advantageous, it is green, and if the short is advantageous, it is red.

The background color is changed to light blue when 0% is crossed.
