BYBIT Premium Rate 中文名 BYBIT 永续合约溢价值指标。

作用：
该指标专门分析BYBIT BTCUSD 永续合约与BYBIT BTCUSDT永续合约 与底层现货标的溢价情况。
当BYBIT BTCUSD 永续合约>BTCUSD 现货时候，显示为绿色，反之为红色。
当BYBIT BTCUSDT 永续合约>BTCUSDT 现货时候，显示为绿色，反之为红色。

功能：
可以调整是否显示BTCUSD或BTCUSDT溢价率
可以调整是否显示BTCUSD或BTCUSDT MA
可以调节相对应的MA数值

其他：
该指标需要结合RTA课程使用。
