smoothing: smooths/average the source higher value will remove spikes but delay the speed of adjusting
source: source to compare crossing lines.
Rounding Value: value space of the grid.
Entry Window Size: Space for entrys.

I think this study has great promise but it would be nice if we could get some expert input from you on a few pairs to get us started. Can you recommend settings for these dissimilar major pairs: AUDUSD, USDCAD, GBPUSD? Thank you!

its because of the dark theme is obfuscating the colors (recent technicality with transparency), try a lighter theme or change the color on the property's of the indicator
