Auto-Support v 0.2

Same script as the previous version with a slight twist

Have added (lines) "Transparency" to the settings to avoid having to edit every line individually ...

Cheers

Hi there,
Am not going to address the concepts of support and resistance in chart analysis, i guess there are better references out there than what my comment will ever be.
What this script does, it draws a "high" and/or "low" line between specific intervals ( 'sensitivity' x 10 bars, x 20 bars, x 30, x 40, etc...) with some degree of 'reliance' (i.e. transparency).
The bolder the line (or 'less transparent'), the more likely it is, that this particular level might be respected in the future since it's been tested a number of times or has been valid over a longer period of time.
It's also a quick way to figure out areas of support / resistance for order placement.
It's not meant to be perfect as everyone reads the same chart differently, but it's probably quicker than going through highs/lows manually.

Hey Man. Is it possible to find the the closest support/resistance line to the current price and then the next resistance and the lower support based on a daily or weekly chart, and lock them in place no matter the timeframe, and then to adjust to the other support and resistance levels as the price moves? I can give an example if it helps

hey what does the blue and red symbol? is blue support and red resistance? and do you mean the bolder the line looks the more times its been tested so it is more reliable?

thanks for this its amazing was really struggling with s and r lines this looks good to go!
