[UPRIGHT Trading] ORB + Targets + AVWAP (beta)

This is my beta version of the ORB strategy - it was started a really long time ago, but decided to revisit it. Oldie but goodie.

Toby Crabel popularized the Opening Range Breakout (ORB) trading strategy.

There are SEVERAL ORB Strategies.
The one he popularized is a variation of Crabel's N-bar breakout system. It's a popular strategy among day traders.
The ORB strategy involves taking a trade in the direction of the breakout of the 1-hour range.

In many other circles this 1hr range is called the IB (initial balance) and usually either the first 15 or 30 minutes are used as the Opening Breakout Range. Some use the Premarket HL others use the Previous Day HL. The concept is generally the same though. The entry is after the first candle closes above or below this range. Some may add additional confirmations but that is the basic idea. VWAP is also often added into the strategy as well.

The opening range is the most volatile part of the trading day. Crabel noticed that the opening range could indicate the direction of the market for the next few hours or even a multi-day move. Crabel popularized the ORB strategy in his classic investing book, Day Trading With Short Term Price Patterns and Opening Range Breakout.

In this indicator:
--ORB with option for 15/30/45
--IB is marked (if working properly - may have a bug to fix here).
--Added AVWAP (Anchored VWAP)
--Included targets.
--Color change of box with the 1st break.
