This script highlights the ICT trading makros and silverbullet timewindows with different background colors on your chart. The drawings are only visible on the timeframe 1min - 5min because they become useless above and i didnt code the logic for below 1min

- I added a lot more customizability to which macros should be shown on the chart. They all can now be dis-/enabled individually.
- The lines and boxed now don't have to cover the whole screen vertically anymore now. They can be adjusted to reach only partially across it from the bottom and top of the chart.
In case this indicator makes the price chart look too chaotic you can also use it not as an overlay. I found another, better application of this indicator by moving it to a new pane above or above (or both) the price chart. This will avoid it overlaying with candles and will always be separate from them. Make sure to set the vertical reach to 1 (100%) again in that case and if you like choose stronger colors for better visibility
