can you know in advance (at the end of day vs closing price) what price the market needs to be above/below to create a cross of the RSI Index vs the FAST/Slow ATR RSI ?

Maybe, if i manage to plot ahead some values but the curent method i have it adds too much lag to the indicator, here is an example of the RSI
