CBDR / Flout boxes.

Updated using new more clean code, adapted from zzzcrypto123's ORB indicator.

Only works on timeframes 30 minutes and lower.

Waits for range to complete before plotting, then offsetting into the past, meaning it will not plot well in real time.

Presented as is.

Updated due to request. Now includes option to measure from open/closes from the hourly candles, instead of the wicks.
