The National Investor PRJSC engages in the provision of investment management and advisory services. It operates through the following segments: Asset Management, Merchant Banking, and Principal Investments. The Asset Management segment manages investment portfolios and funds in regional equities and offers regional and foreign investors’ gateways for investment in the GCC and Arab stock markets. The Merchant Banking segment includes corporate finance advisory; private placements; public offerings of equity and debt securities; and mergers and acquisitions. The Principal Investments segment manages and controls cash related and proprietary investments of the Group. The company was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
