It has just reached its 52 week low at 30.70. I believe with the current interest rates environment (deferred cutting of interest rates) , in the short term, I expect more volatility and the price might falls below 30.

Both of these Reits have fallen from its grace since 2019 peak. More than 70% and I think the bottom could be near....... There wasn't a historic low to benchmark so it is anyone guess that how low it could go down further........
With Fed confirming its first rate cut in June this year, I anticipate REITS to start a trend reversal and begin its climb back up....
