After a long bullish trend the IBOV has lost the previous bottom and seems to be repeating the feb/2020 move. I await a pullback to the 21 moving average at 130k points and if it loses, I will sell, looking for 119k.
Beautiful price action being shown on this futures' graphic, with the fibonacci retracement respecting both movements.
Will it resume the uptrend, or will it become a trend reversal? I think price will let us know that tomorrow depending on which of the Fibonacci movements it decides to respect.
Is it possible that what seems until now a very strong and tight bull channel it is just a Second Leg Trap?
