Ibersol SGPS SA engages in the operation of restaurant chain franchises. It operates through the following segments: Restaurants, Counters, and Concessions and Catering. The Restaurants segment provides full-service restaurant and delivery through the brands Pizza Hut, Pasta Caffe, Pizza Móvil, FresCo, and Ribs Sta Maria. The Counters segment comprises the units with over-the-counter sales. The Concessions and Catering segment consists of Sol (SA), concessions, catering, convenience stores, and travel. The company was founded on December 30, 1985 and is headquartered in Porto, Portugal.
