Forbo Holding AG engages in the manufacture and trade of floorings, adhesives, and conveyor technology. It operates through the Flooring Systems and Movement Systems segments. The Flooring Systems segment develops, produces, and sells linoleum, vinyl floorings, entrance flooring systems, carpet tiles, needle felt floor coverings, Flotex, the washable textile flooring, and building and construction adhesives as well as various accessory products required for the laying, processing, cleaning, and care of flooring. The Movement Systems segment produces and sells conveyor and processing belts, as well as plastic modular belts, and drive, timing and flat belts made of synthetic materials. The company was founded in 1928 and is headquartered in Baar, Switzerland.
