It operates through the following segments: Property Development, Hotel Operations, Property Investment, Project Management, and Others. The Property Development segment involves the development and sale of residential properties. The Hotel Operations segment includes management and control of hotels. The Property Investment segment involves the investment of properties for income. The Project Management segment focuses on the economic characteristics and has similar development and selling activities as well as similar customer bases. The Others segment includes sales of construction materials, electronic engineering, design and decoration, and project management. The company was founded by Wei Ping Song in January 1995 and is headquartered in Hangzhou, China.
