Central New Energy Holding Group Ltd. is an investment holding company, which engages in foundation and superstructure building works. It operates through the following segments: New Energy and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), Green Building and Construction Related Business, Smart Energy Management Services, Health and Wellness, and Food and Beverage (F&B) supply chain. The New Energy and EPC segment includes manufacturing and sales of photovoltaic products and EPC services. The Green Building and Construction Related Business segment focuses on provision of piling works, excavation and lateral support works, and pile cap construction and building works, development and sale of properties and holding of properties for investment and leasing purposes, provision of property management services, which include security, cleaning, greening, gardening, repair and maintenance, and supplying of construction materials. The Smart Energy Management Services segment includes provision of smart energy management system, which include sales and installation of energy-saving lighting, energy-saving equipment and information technology development services. The Health and Wellness segment consists of provision of health and wellness services, which include the healthcare consulting and sales of healthcare products and healthy food. The F&B supply chain segment focuses on provision of agriculture products, food and beverage materials supply chain business. The company was founded by Chi Bun Ng and Wong Kwong Ng on March 29, 2017 and is headquartered in Hong Kong.
