The City Solutions division is responsible for developing sustainable city solutions into a growing business. The Consumer Solutions division comprises of electricity sales, as well as some consumer business related parts of the technology and new ventures development unit. The Russia division comprises Fortum's power and heat generation and sales activities in Russia.
