Man Wah Holdings Ltd. is an investment holding company, which engages in the research, development, production, sale, and related services of sofas, mattresses, panel furniture, and furniture accessories. The company operates through the following segments: Sofa & Ancillary Products; Other Products; Other Businesses; and Home Group Business. The Sofa & Ancillary Products segment manufactures and distributes sofas and ancillary products through wholesale and distributions. The Other Products segment manufactures and distributes chairs and other products to commercial clients, mattresses, smart furniture spare parts and metal mechanizing for recliners. The Other Businesses segment engages in the sale of residential properties and hotel operation and furniture mall business. The Home Group Business segment manufactures and distributes sofas and ancillary products. The company was founded in 1992 and is headquartered in Hong Kong.
