The Proprietary Software segment focuses on the licensing fee for the right to use the company's customized in-house software and annual licensing, maintenance and technical support, and project and contract fee. The AIDC Hardware/Equipment segment sells bar code and radio frequency identification reading equipment, hand-held computers, and radio frequency data communications systems. The Leisure and hospitality segment engages in operation of hotel. The company was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
