It operates through the following segments: Investment, Manufacturing, Property, Trading, and Hospitality. The Investment segment comprises investment holding and provision of financial, administrative, and advisory services. The Manufacturing segment manufactures and retails corrugated cartons, packing materials, and gift and display boxes. The Property segment refers to property investment. The Trading segment is involved in the trading of paper products, design, and sale of paper. The Hospitality segment focuses on the management and operation of hotels and restaurant. The company was founded by Chiew Poh Koay in 1976 and is headquartered in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia.
