TCS fundamentals

TCS Group Holdings Bhd. is an investment holding company, which through its subsidiaries, engages in the provision of construction services for buildings, infrastructure, civil, and structural works. It operates through the following segments: Residential, Commercial, and Others. The Residential segment includes residential type of condominiums. The Commercial segment comprises retail shop lots, shopping center, and mixed of residential service suites. The Others segment consists mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, and general building contractor works. The company was founded by Chia Seng Tee in 1999 and is headquartered in Kuala Langat, Selangor.
