The fund is delisting. The last day on an exchange is on February 23, 2024. ENTR holds a portfolio of primarily large-cap US-listed equities that reflects the highest conviction of the fund advisers proprietary entrepreneur factor model. The model, which integrates machine learning, intends to target innovation-seeking and solution-oriented companies that are typically involved in thematic industries such as robotics & AI, cloud computing, genomics, digital economy, nanotechnology, renewable energy, space exploration, 3D printing, etc. To build the portfolio, ENTR applies both bottom-up and top-down investment approaches, while actively integrating ESG considerations. Although the fund primarily targets US large-cap companies, it may include some midcaps and may hold depositary receipts of companies domiciled in developed or emerging markets. Prior to February 5, 2021, ENTR traded as ERShares Entrepreneur 30 ETF. On April 1, 2021, the fund began to pursue an active investment strategy. It previously tracked the Entrepreneur 30 Index.
