QQQN concentrates its portfolio to 50 largest companies by market-cap that are listed on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange. The underlying index selects stocks that are next in line for inclusion in the NASDAQ-100 Index. As such, securities must meet the existing NASDAQ-100 index eligibility criteria. QQQN reflects companies across major industry groups including computer hardware and software, telecommunications, retail/wholesale trade, and biotechnology, and excludes financials. The index is market-cap weighted, subject to a quarterly evaluation and reconstitution. Should an index component be added to the NASDAQ-100, the security is deleted from the underlying Index and will not be replaced until the following quarterly review. In addition, since inclusion for the NASDAQ-100 Index is conducted monthly, it is possible for a component to be added that is not from QQQN.
