The fund seeks to achieve a balance of income and long-term capital growth through socially responsible investments in other mutual funds and ETFs. The fund-of-funds aims to maintain no more than 15% above or below its target asset allocation of 55% equity and 45% fixed income securities. The fund monitors, reviews, and may rebalance its investments to ensure the portfolio remains within the target asset mix weightings. It may tactically allocate to adjust its assets mix based on changes in the market outlook. The fund may invest in index participation units, use derivatives, and enter securities lending, repurchase and reverse repurchase transactions. The fund invests primarily in Canadian, US and international securities, directly or indirectly through its investment in other mutual funds and exchange-traded funds. Investments may vary from time to time, and the portfolio advisor may add or remove funds at their discretion.
