About Barclays Bank PLC

This ETN was delisted after the market close on 04/12/2018. JJN tracks an index consisting of a single nickel futures contract at a time, beginning with two months left to maturity and rolling shortly before expiration. Expect to see some deviation from our segment benchmark, which utilizes a front-month-only strategy. JJN is cheaper to hold than its sister ETN, NINI, which employs an algorithm to select the contract least subject to contango. However, both funds are unpopular, raising the specter of closure risk (ETNs rarely close outright, but may be de-listed). Also, both notes are difficult to trade, adding to all-in costs. As an ETN, JJMN does not issue a K-1 form at tax time, though investors must accept the counterparty risk of issuer Barclays.
