Bank Makramah Ltd. operates as a holding company, which engages in providing banking services. It operates through the following business segments: Corporate, SME and Commercial; Treasury, Retail Banking, and Others. The Corporate, SME and Commercial segment offers a wide variety of financial products and services to large and medium-sized clients, along with loan products offered to the Consumer, SME and agriculture segments. The Treasury segment is responsible for asset / liability management and includes all treasury related products. The Retail Banking segment relates to the branch distribution network, its related deposit and other products, and general banking services. The Others segment is involved with head office related activities, and all other activities not tagged to the segments above. The company was founded on December 9, 2005, and is headquartered in Karachi, Pakistan.
