if not obvious that it will fall to new low.

Looking at the hourly on the USDT pair. A nice breakout of ascending triangle consolidating into a symmetrical tringle. Continuation to the upside expected. RSI cooled down. Look for a break out of the triangle soon...
Looking at the 4 hour timeframe here. Price is testing the upper resistance line of ascending triangle and looks ready to break out. Just needs a good shot of volume to take it over the 50 EMA on the daily chart and flip to bullish..
Looking at the hourly on RSR You can see the breakout of the large falling wedge. It came back down and retested the upper resistance line as support and bounced. Went sideways following the lower trendline. It fell below the 50EMA and is struggling to stay above it although its still riding the lower trendline. Needs to reclaim the 50EMA. Opinion right now...
RS/USDT pair The bounce we got yesterday is encouraging for bulls. The daily candle wicked and kissed the 50 day ema and rejected. Price came back down and is currently retesting .002 I want to see that area hold and the 50 ema being crossed. That would put us in more bullish territory moving forward.
Looking at the daily chart . EW 5 count followed by ABC correction that ended with a hidden bullish divergence on the OBV indicator. RSR may have found its bottom ..

Looks like the RSR rocket ship is leaving the launch pad. Should see something like this unfold over the next 6 weeks or so, with this wave topping out in the 2 - 2.5 cent range!
