It operates through the Concrete and Cement, and Trading and Others business segments. The Concrete and Cement segment supplies mainly ready-mix concrete and slag, trading and distributing cement and refined petroleum products to the construction industry, with operations in Singapore, Vietnam, and Malaysia. The Trading and Others consists of raw materials and bulk shipping and companies that are of an investment-holding nature. The company was founded by Kar Cheong Ng in 1958 and is headquartered in Singapore.
