TV was in a clear downtrend. For the past three months it has formed a Rounding Bottom. It made a breakout and is now in the Trend Reversal part of the pattern. I'm looking for a move to resistance at $4.50.

I do not know much about the fundamentals of NYSE:TV , but the chart looks interesting. It is breaking out of the cup and handle pattern, the anticipated price action is shown on the chart, stop loss at 6.9$.
