Unitronics (1989) (RG) Ltd. engages in the development, production, and sale of programmable logic controllers (PLC). It operates through the following segments: Products, Automated Solutions, and Others. The Products segment covers the design, development, manufacture, marketing, sale, and support of PLCs of various models that incorporate an operating panel and connectivity such as internet, intranet, and cellular phone communications, as well as external expansion units for the PLC and software of PLCs. The Automated Solutions segment covers the design, marketing, production, construction, and maintenance of autonomous parking facilities and computerized logistics systems including the installation of new systems and servicing of existing systems as well as maintenance services for these systems based on framework agreements or individual service calls. The Others segment covers maintenance, preservation, and management in connection with the use of Unitronics Building. The company was founded by Haim Shani and Bareket Shani in August 1989 and is headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel.
