The Real Estate segment manages properties and operates shopping malls. The Finance segment handles credit card services and leasing businesses. The Others segment includes mail-order shopping, and apparel manufacturing, processing, & wholesale businesses. The company was founded by Shinshichi Iida on January 10, 1831 and is headquartered in Osaka, Japan.
