The fund provides exposure to US large-cap growth companies through a multi-step, multi-factor screening. Such stocks are perceived to have above-average prospects for continued growth that display superior fundamental, technical and quantitative characteristics. From a universe of large-cap US stocks, securities are screened using multiple factors, including price-to-book, price-to-earnings, and price-to-sales, as well as coverage, activity, and returns. Stocks are scored for each factor. The sum of the factors for each stock arrive to the final growth multi-factor rank (MFR) score. From there, the fund selects 50 growth stocks with the highest MFR score, which are equally weighted. Aiming for long-term capital appreciation, the portfolio managers of the actively managed ETF has full discretion to make any buy, sell, and hold decisions at any time.
