As the fed moves towards tapering, I will be building a position in RYAN around 35. Will look to add on quality pullbacks assuming $XLF maintains an upward trajectory
Recently we've watched FLWS and aggriculture names move in a correlated way during the waves of inflation experienced this year. Could this trend be growing tired?
With an increasingly strong dollar and crude oil prices on the move there's some belief the Fed could need to move faster on rate hikes than previously planned. This should be a net positive for BHVN assuming. Were hoping most of the rout from XLV and IBB will clear soon against the backdrop of a strong dollar.
We can see some significant underperformance by RBLX as it makes it way to the bottom end of this triangle, as the market begins to favor reopening names like consumer services space evidenced somewhat by XLY's relative strength in the current market, will that mean RBLX will continue to underperform? We shall see. Good luck traders
SSTK continues to advance to the upside. Picking up momentum against broader indices. If the indices have a recovery here off this pullback I think we could see SSTK on it's way to 130+. Good luck traders!
Today we saw $XP take firm control over the 50 handle and we'd like to see if it can still keep going. Emerging markets still trying to push after the bottom in Chinese tech stocks. We're hoping to see 60 in the near future. Good luck traders!
Along with $SBGI, $FOX, $NWSA and $GTN companies have seen broad based weakness in view ship. Will the trend continue and lead these lower? We'll see!
ALGN has been outpacing pretty much every major index on a monthly / weekly time frame. I expect this momentum to continue over the long run. Company has a significant economic moat and this could be turn into 1000+ quicker than you might think
SMH hitting a nice pivot today, most names look like they have blue sky territory like NVDA, MXL, ASML and now possibly KLIC? Sitting in the mid cap range, the market could see this semiconductor as the sweet spot given the Fed rate environment
Potential short play setting up here in JPYUSD, could a lower yen aide in a Nikkei recovery?
KNX is setting up here with a really nice long term base, cracked the 50 level last week. Was that the level it needed to make another move higher? Time will tell. Following IYT as well and the possibility of it bottoming, if it does, we should see significantly higher prices here
XHB trying to make a strong push today and SITE has shown some recent strength against the index as well. Could we see more from this landscaping company?
With the semiconductor index (SMH and SOXX) hitting some key levels today, we may see some sector rotation back into semiconductors regardless of the interest rate environment. ASML may benefit even more than the rest of the index if the dollar stays high. Good luck traders!
ARKK making a strong name for itself after the Jackson Hole meeting. Are we nearing the breakout point or will we continue to see more waiting and what will ultimately happen with the ARKK index at this juncture? We will see! Good luck traders :)
Today we are witnessing a sharp turn around in Emerging Markets $EEM after the Jackson Hole meeting. $IWM a strong indicator of risk tolerance has seen a sharp move back up into it's middle pivot. Could the continued low rate environment and strong economy be enough to continue the rush into risk-on assets? Keep a close eye on $EWZ though (Brazil ETF in which PAGS...
With Jackson Hole this week looking to create rotation in certain names, I believe you may be able to look beyond it to mid caps like EBAY who have been showing a tremendous amount of relative strength recently against the broader indices and I wonder if there's a lot more left in the tank. After ETSY's earnings went off in a strong way, we'll see if names like...
$GOGO getting a pop today one day after the White House announced mask mandates through the holiday season, should we buy the news or will this be a holiday humbug?
XHB broke through an important 77.5 low volume node today and TPX has just been on fire. You might be asking how a mattress company and homebuilders are correlated well I'm playing it as a proxy and potentially one that could outperform the homebuilder index in general. You gotta have mattress for those homes :)
