Looking a Long Setup with an RTV I find that we have two possible starting points next to each other with the same low. Do we start with the first one or the second one?

This chart has a numerous candle with high and low movement but no difference in opening and closing. Do these types of candles indicate untradeable or just Iffy? There is one candle with no movement at all, but it is only one. Unless the iffy candles are a good indicator of being untradeable then would this still be considered tradeable, although a bit iffy?
