Nio is continuing its channel lower, which signals a look back at its previous major inverted head and shoulder which sits in the triangle pit area of those two price targets mentioned. As it is getting closer, a Pit retest is expected.

QQQ is in overbought territory in almost all metrics, selling has started which would cool down the index in order to move higher, looking for gap to be filled and a price target of $343

Stock is overbought and is overextended. There is a major gap at the $300 level that will need to be filled. Semiconductors have also always been cyclical, and have seen major drawdown on their stock every cycle after major run ups.

Bearish Channel is intact on the Weekly Chart. Heading lower in the longer time frame with a Support Zone from 3.56 to 2.37. The mean reversion of this zone puts the price target object to around $3. A Major Bearish Head & Shoulder has formed. Short at the crack of the neckline. Remember the measured downside = the height from the head to the neckline which is at about $19. There is is also a MAJOR GAP that needs to be filled at around $17, so watch for a continuation for a sell off after the 1st price target has hit at around $19
