Strong Resistance and a double top, but has failed to break out from trend as of yet. Unpopular opinion, I think we see a rise through the resistance before we see a bearish breakout. Not financial advise, just my personal opinion.

Long term I am Bullish but looking at the chart, for a healthy climb, I'd like to see that gap get filled below first.
