After recording the lowest point 1.0500 in the month of sep, we anticipate a trend reversal here. in higher time frame of 1 day, 1 week, the market clearly indicates a ranging. when we move to lower time frame i.e H4 & H1, there are some important zones that are paramount.
this is the expectation i'm having on the pair.
Due to the strengthening of Dollar in the market recently, we are keeping an eye on Nasdaq as it approaches resistance level (15286.38). we anticipate that given the trent as it is, if it breaks this level, we are having bullish trent here in H1 time frame.
on the other hand,if the market is going to break this support area15142.48, we shall consider
bearish....
Based on news concerning economy by ECB, The 4H chart shows that the market is coming into a consolidation area. if the market is going to break (POINT A 1918.671), we are going to see a bullish trend. on the contrary, we expect to have an entry point at POINT A(1918.671); SHORT.
We see that USD is gaining stability.
