volume is dropping
the target of H&S is the length from the head to the neckline
so that would be around 16% dump

so If you compare other listings on bittrex there was a small flash pump on listing day followed by massive dump then accumulation
have a look at $XHV heaven protocol chart
I think $DRGN if they got some major news can make 200% profit
however dont expect to see 1$ at all...
as you see $mft formed already the left shoulder and the head, currently the price bounced from the right shoulder.
I expect 20% pump
